  1. There is a difference of 97% of non-verbal communication to a 3% of verbal communication. Though, that single 3 percent can cause damage or deliver comfort like body language cannot. In fact, even though non-verbal communication represents more must of what we say, it goes unseen to the regular eye.

    1. I agree with what you pointed out in your comment. We have to pay close attention to the vocabulary and words that we use to speak in public because they show the quality of speech. Besides, it is important to know how to control your facial expressions as well as your gestures because they can determine your level of confidence during your speech.

  2. I agree with the idea that even though verbal communication represents a reduced percentage of our communication, it cannot be undervalued. Spoken words are really powerful. Verbal and non verbal communication go together and even not saying a word can have a great meaning. A good management of these two types of communication is the best way to connect with people.

  3. I agree with all your comments, but it is important to mention that being a good speaker is an important characteristic of a leader. So, if we want to be good speakers we need to practice and to be careful with our verbal and non-verbal communication. It is also really important that there will be coherence in what we say and do.
